In the EU and EEA you can trade and receive alerts, but the automatic guard is off.
How it is checked
Bulwark takes the strictest of three signals: the country your connection comes from, the country you say you live in, and your citizenship. If any of the three is a country where Bulwark is not available, access is refused; if any is in the EU or EEA, the automatic guard is off.
